It is incumbent on the authors to obtain appropriate approval to present their work to this international forum. The registration fee includes: admission to the conference and all coffee breaks, the welcome reception, and the conference banquet for the attendee only, and 1 copy of the Conference Digest on CD-ROM and a book.
